OBITUARY.
MRS EDWARD FIELD.
After a painful illness, extending over three or four years, Mrs Edward Field passed away at South Forbes on Saturday morning. The deceased lady was 69 years of age, and had been a resident of Forbes practically all her life. She was married at the old parsonage at the age of 21, and leaves six grown-up children, all of whom are married, except one. The funeral took place at the Church of England cemetery on Sunday morning, the Rev. Walter V. Thompson officiating at the graveside. The funeral arrangements were in the hands of Mr W. E. Luthje.4
