Death* | 24 May 1947 | Gunning, NSW, Australia; OBITUARY MRS. G. JONES The death occurred at Gunning on Saturday last of Mrs. Grace Jones at the age of 43 years, after being a sufferer for many years with asthma. She is survived by her husband, Mr. H. Jones, an employee of the Railway Department, and three daughters. Two sisters, Mrs. Seckold (Sydney) and Mrs. Kendell (Condobolin), and six brothers, James, Arthur, George (Condobolin), Jack, Frank (Sydney) and Fred (Cobar) also survive. The funeral left St. Edmund's Church on Monday for the Church of England Cemetery. Rev. J. Donoghue conducted the service at the graveside. The funeral arrangements were in the hands of F. J. Caldwell.3 |
