Marriage* | 28 August 1911 | Condobolin, NSW, Australia; A nice little wedding took place in the local Catholic Church on Monday, when Father O'Donnell united in holy matrimony Miss Florrie Sheridan and Mr H Whiley. The bride, who certainly looked very nice, was gracefully attired in white floral silk, trimmed with Malines lace; wore the customary wreath and veil and carried a handsome bridal boquet. She was given away by Mr M Beazley. Miss Dignam was bridesmaid and Mr Percy Whiley best man. A magnificent wedding breakfast was afterwards partaken of at "Eugolong", the residence of the bride's mother, where the usual toasts were honored and felicitations expressed. Afterwards the happy pair went by motor car to Bogan Gate, thence by train to Orange, where the honeymoon is being spent. In common with their numerous friends, we wish the newly-wed a long and happy life.;Groom=Henry Francis Whiley1 |
